The Denver Museum of Nature & Science inspires curiosity and excites minds of all ages through scientific discovery and the presentation and preservation of the world's unique treasures. Exciting exhibitions, and IMAX theatre, and a planetarium make the Denver Museum of Science and Nature a must-see for families with children. A discovery zone for kids, exhibits on Mummies, Space Exploration, Wildlife, and Prehistoric creatures cover the bases of kids' favorite science and nature topics.
My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks thru 13 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Children have loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence and self-esteem.
Pumpkin Patch of Centennial
The pumpkin patch at Good Shepherd Episcopal sells a variety of pumpkins, mini pumpkins and gourds. All pumpkins are grown on the Navajo Reservation. Proceeds benefit organizations helping the homeless and the hungry.
Carousel of Happiness
The Carousel of Happiness is a magical menagerie featuring 32 colorful, hand-carved animals to ride, while many smaller animals keep them company. Tiny fairies fly overhead and hide in the shadows. Upstairs there is an observation window, a small party room, and a Do-It-Yourself Puppet Theater. The Carousel is located on the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway in the picturesque town of Nederland, 15 miles west of Boulder. Rides are only $1.

Bluff Lake is Denver’s largest open space managed as native habitat, and Denver’s only nonprofit nature center. We rely solely on community support.
Covered Bridge Ranch
Covered Bridge Ranch is a family owned and operated 300-acre tree farm and wildlife refuge in Montrose, Colorado. Our scenic ranch is also the home of festive seasonal events open to the community.
Since 1890, Elitch Gardens in Denver has been America's only downtown theme and water park. The park is open May through October with 53 rides, live shows, thrilling roller coasters, an entire water park, and Fright Fest in October.
