Unwind and immerse in nature's wonders on a Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) walk, a wellness practice gaining popularity worldwide. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon among the piñon, spruce & juniper at historic Rock Ledge Ranch. Thoughtful “invitations” offered on an easy path will quiet the mind, open the senses and deepen your nature relationship, ending with a forest tea ceremony. Ages 14 and up. Limited to 8 people. Dress for the weather!

Bring a sit pad or stool if you have one, water, snacks id you’d like & dress for the weather. Restrooms available near the trailhead.
Meet at the Gazebo at the far end of the large dirt parking lot bordering 30th St., across from the GoG Visitors Center, adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch at 3105 Gateway Rd.
