Taught by Joyce McCall, Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Educator and Beautiful Beginnings founder. As a nurse and educator working with new families in the hospital, Joyce cared for many new parents who felt unprepared to bring their baby home. Her passion is to provide support and resources to help new parents feel ready and empowered, making this journey a joyful one!
Becoming a new parent is a tremendous transition, whether it's the first baby or the fourth! Learn techniques to be ready and empowered as your family journeys through this important time together.

Preparing the home and nursery
Simple strategies for breastfeeding success
Sleep! Creating opportunities for more sleep and a safe sleep environment

Returning to work
Q&A session after class.
Meet other families in a friendly, relaxed environment.
