Free Day at Four Mile Historic Park

Travel back to 1859…for free! Visit Four Mile Historic Park for our monthly free general admission days, the 4th Friday of each month! Discover this serene, rustic oasis in the city. A former stage stop along the Cherokee Trail, the Four Mile House is Denver’s oldest standing structure and the centerpiece of this twelve-acre Park. Tour the House Museum and historic outbuildings, stroll the gardens and grounds, say hello to our resident farm animals, or just spread a blanket under a shady tree and enjoy a picnic.
