Join us on Saturday, June 3 from 10am - 5pm for Thorntonfest! There will be some of the best in local live entertainment, a Kids Korner, marketplace, paw fest, and more!

MARKETPLACE STAGE  I  Some of the best in local live entertainment!

10-10:30 a.m.   
Line Dancing  I  Thornton Active Adult Center

11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Off The Grid Band  I  A fun mix of Classic Rock, Blues, 80s/90s Pop/Alter.

12:30-1:30 p.m.
The Last Men On Earth  I  Pop Rock

2-3 p.m.
Vinyl Nation  I  Music from the 80s and 90s.

3:30-5 p.m.       
Funkiphino  I  High-energy funk band.

KIDS KORNER  I  Dedicated to the "Kid in All of Us."

There are activities, vendors, amusements and much more!

● Kids Korner Vendors  I  Face painting, hands-on activities and educational items are found in this area.

● Children's Amusements  I  New! Fee-based Nurf Terf arena. The majority of amusements at Thorntonfest are free of charge!

● Birdie Ball  I  Staff from Thorncreek Golf Course present a fun way to try out your golf swing using giant inflatables.

THE MARKETPLACE  I  Business exhibitors and craft vendors from Thornton, the Metro Area and beyond.

● Craft Fair  I  Handmade items on display and available for purchase.

● Businesses & Service Groups  I  Familiarize yourself with many of the services and products area businesses and associations have to offer.

PAW FEST  I  Pet-related information, products, veterinary care, entertainment and shopping!

● National Canine Frisbee Competition  I  Hosted by the Colorado Disc Dogs, coloradodiscdogs.com. Registration opens at 8 a.m. and the competition begins at 9 a.m.

● Creature Features  I  These animal attractions could be furry, feathered or slimy — but they're sure to be fun! Canyon Critters will be on-hand to answer questions.

CITY SERVICES TENT I  Representatives from city divisions

City staff are available to provide you with guidance for your city-related questions. Booths will display information on topics from volunteer opportunities to police administration.

 

TWISTED STEEL CAR SHOW  I  A huge display of custom vehicles for the public to enjoy.

LIFE SAFETY EDUCATION   I  Thornton Fire Department Staff

Offers first aid assistance, as well as life safety education to assist with a safer and healthier lifestyle!

 

POLICE CANINE DEMOS  I  Thornton Police Department

Officers will demonstrate their professional skills developed to help keep our community safe.

 

CELTIC GAMES  I  Rocky Mountain Scottish Athletes

Traditional Highland Games event demonstrations put on by members of the Rocky Mountain Scottish Athletes. Prepare to be amazed by events such as the caber toss, tug-o-war, hammer throw and shot put. Each demonstration will conclude with an interactive piece so that you can test your own strength.

 

NINJA WARRIOR COURSE  I  120-foot long Ninja Warrior Course

Come test your skills on this fun, but challenging course. There will be two lanes, one with easier, kid-friendly obstacles and the other lane will offer more of a challenge for the more advanced Ninjas. Cost is $5 for one attempt or $10 for unlimited attempts.

 

2023 SKATE PARK COMPETITION SERIES  I  Incorporates all three Thornton Skate Parks

This three event competition series includes three skill levels in each of the following categories: bikes, scooters and skateboards. Helmets and completed liability waivers are required. If the participant is under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. See the entry form and liability waiver on this page for details.

 

FESTIVAL BEER GARDENS  I  Sponsored by Mother Tucker Brewery & Satire Brewing Company

Enjoy an ice cold beverage along with live entertainment from the neighboring Marketplace stage and other festival venues.
