We offer creative arts and crafts classes and workshops for kids from 1.5 to 13 years old. Our activities are inspired by the great art masters of the world and taught to bring the beauty and wonder of art to our next generations.

The Museum offers family programs for ages 2-8 on Saturdays once a month and three infant Art Crawl sessions each month occurring on Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings.

Due to Covid-19 we are slowly adding adult, kids, lil' peeps, teens classes! We also offer parent's night- please continue to check out our schedule of events on our website. We currently offer half/full day camps and drop-in creating.

We offer a variety of classes taught by artists, including ornament making, mixed media, art journaling, and more.

Our Farmhands Education Programs, including summer camps, workshops, field trips, and special events, provide the opportunity to learn about the art and science of growing food and the importance of supporting local farms and ranches.

Hands-on, Arts and Crafts

We offer Special Event Art Experiences, which are classes that are more involved, such as clay or weaving. They require more time to complete and advanced materials, meaning these classes are at specific times and require advanced registration.

We host a Variety of youth sports (minimal Fees) including: Girls Volleyball, Girls Softball, Girls Basketball, Girls Soccer, Boys Baseball, Boys Basketball, Boys flag Football. All sports named are Co-Ed for 5-6 yr old's, and 7-8 yr old's. All sports have Certified Coaches for each program for Boys&girls. La Alma Also honors the My Denver Card for Free programming during the week for Youth ages 5-18.

Fun! Plain and simple. No creative or artistic skills are needed.

Classes and workshops for all abilities are offered in pottery, weaving, drawing, painting, fibers, jewelry and metals, mosaics and more. Self-directed studio time is available to current students, by reservation.

Wild Bear has engaged hundreds of thousands of people with nature through the open and free nature center as well as hands-on programs for all ages.
