Have you always wanted to try your hand at the pottery wheel? In this beginners Try-It-Out Night we will walk you through learning to center and throw on the pottery wheel in a very fun evening full of messy clay and new hobbies. After 20-30 minutes of instruction, students will then spend the rest of their time on the pottery wheels with our talented instructor circling throughout the evening to support each person in keeping at least one piece (you may keep 2 peices, max). At the end of this workshop, you'll choose one color from our selection of glazes, and a Clay Hub team member will glaze your piece for you. Fired and finished peices will be ready for pick up 3-4 weeks after your workshop. All glazes are dinnerware safe, ready to eat or drink out of, or even put in the dishwasher or microwave!
Come solo, grab a friend, or make it a date night -- just make sure you're there! Be warned, you just might pick up your new favorite hobby!
