Young Chefs Class: Pizza on the Grill

S’mores Pizza, anyone? Cooking pizza outside on the barbecue is a fun and interactive summer activity, and in this class, we’ll be making our own pizza dough and sauce, and cooking up a whole host of delicious pies on the grill! You can stay classic and traditional, or get crazy with your toppings as you create your own pizzas on our grill with the help of our chef. We’ll give you pizza dough to take home, too so you can use what you have learnt in your own kitchen or back yard, and make dinner for the whole family! Ages 11 and up.
Menu includes: Pizza Dough and Classic Tomato Sauce; Create Your Own Toppings from our Pantry! Suggestions include: Margherita; Pepperoni and Peppers; Barbecued Chicken; Prosciutto, Peach and Gorgonzola; Nutella and Marshmallows.
