Come out for good ol’ fashioned family fun at the 119th annual Arapahoe County Fair. The four-day event, July 24-27, 2025, is a family favorite tradition showcasing Arapahoe County's western and agricultural heritage. Included with Fair admission ($25): parking, unlimited carnival rides, fireworks, rodeos, main stage concerts, mutton bustin’, tractor pulls, animal shows, and more. It’s #1 for summer fun. Expanded Fair hours in 2025! Open during the day on Friday and open late for more Fair fun!
The Fair is a safe, affordable activity for families seeking things to do in the Denver metro area this summer.
Thursday and Sunday are great days to check out the Fair. Lines are shorter, come beat the crowds!
Admission ($25) is a bargain as it includes:
- parking
- unlimited carnival rides
- rodeo
- tractor pulls
- concerts
- fireworks shows
- kids activities (indoors and outdoors!)
- Heritage Hall- enjoy live demonstrations, animals, community partners, interactive games and more!
- Take a journey West and learn about life on the prairie, farming, beekeeping, wool-spinning, butter-making, and so much more. Make a quilt square for a veteran, enjoy craft activities, meet some friendly alpacas, rope a "steer," and more.
- Back by popular demand: Youth hobby horse hurdle and barrel races! Youth ages 10 and under can “race” for a chance to win prizes! Friday at 2 and 2:30 p.m., Saturday at 3:30 and 4 p.m. and Sunday at 3 and 3:30 p.m.
- Cool off inside and check out the 4-H and Public Competitions exhibits. Learn about western farm life and homesteading in Heritage Hall, with fun hands-on activities, live demonstrations, friendly alpacas, and more! New activities/attractions include:
- Perfection on Wheels BMX Show
- Silent Disco
- Axe-throwing
- Gel Blasters – like paintball but for younger kids
- Mind Works!
- Second year of Flippenout Trampoline Show –a big hit last year!
- Third year of wildly popular Canine Stars Stunt Show—dogs doing tricks and flips
- “Foodie Fairway” – from BBQ to kettle corn, the Foodie Fairway has it all!
