City Services Tent
Contains representatives from city divisions to provide you with guidance for your city-related questions. Booths will display information on topics from volunteer opportunities to police administration.
Car Show
The Car Show is a huge display of custom cars for the public to enjoy. All special-interest cars are invited to take part. For details about how to register your “little deuce coupe,” please call Brad Logar at

Thornton Police Department’s Canine Demos
The canine demos will demonstrate their professional skills developed to help keep our community safe. This captivating venue showcases the incredible skills and teamwork between law enforcement officers and their highly trained dogs.
Beer Garden
Enjoy an ice cold beverage along with live entertainment from the neighboring Marketplace stage. The combination of great music, cool drinks and a lively crowd creates an enjoyable, relaxing escape.
Kid Zone
At Thorntonfest is dedicated to the “kid in all of us.” Enjoy activities, vendors, amusements and much more!

Face painting, hands-on activities and educational items are found in this area.
Children’s Amusements
The majority of amusements at Thorntonfest are free of charge and some include a small fee to participate!
Birdie Ball
Staff from Thorncreek Golf Course present a fun way to try out your golf swing using giant inflatables.
Touch-A-Truck
This interactive venue gives children a chance to explore and learn about city vehicles, such as fire trucks, police cars and snowplows.
Marketplace
The Marketplace is made up of business exhibitors and craft vendors from Thornton, the Metro Area and beyond.
Craft Fair
Handmade items on display and available for purchase.
Businesses & Service Groups
Familiarize yourself with many of the services and products area businesses and associations have to offer.
Paw Fest
Paw Fest is a specially-designed fair, with pet-related information, products, veterinary care, entertainment and shopping!
National Canine Frisbee Competition
Hosted by the Colorado Disc Dogs, coloradodiscdogs.com.
Registration opens at 8 a.m. and the competition begins at 9 a.m.
Creature Features
These animal attractions could be furry, feathered or slimy — but they’re sure to be fun! Canyon Critters will be on-hand to answer questions.
Nurf Terf
Challenge your family and friends and join others in the Nurf Terf arena. All equipment is supplied. Cost is $10 for three five-minute games (per person) or $15 for unlimited play. Pay in advance at nurfterf.com.
Hungerball (Hia Pōro)
Compete against up to 12 players in this exciting game that combines soccer, hockey, and handball in a single arena with six goals. It's a fun test of skill, agility, and strategy that keeps players of all ages on their toes. The first round is free, and after that, enjoy unlimited play all day for just $10.
Skate Park Competition
Get ready to show off your skills in an exciting competition with three levels of challenge for bikes, scooters and skateboards! Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, there’s a category for everyone to test their limits. Don’t forget, helmets are required for safety, and a completed liability waiver is a must. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian’s signature is needed. Are you up for the challenge?
