July 4th Festival at E.B. Rains Jr Memorial Park
Celebrate America's birthday at the July 4th Festival in EB Rains Jr. Memorial Park in the City of Northglenn. Some call the event the city's largest family picnic as families and friends bring out their blankets and picnic baskets to get a great seat for the annual fireworks program.

What if it Rains on July 4?
The Northglenn July 4 festival is rain or shine, unless weather is dangerous (lightning, hail). If weather turns dangerous, the park will be evacuated. If threatening weather moves through, then the park will be reopened.
Fireworks will be delayed for rain; if they are not shot by 10 p.m. on July 4 we try again after sunset on July 5.
