Scarecrow Days

OCC Merchants will create scarecrows to display in front of their shops through the month of October and visitors will vote on their favorite using #OCCscarecrow!

Our judges will compare the displays and post the winner Nov. 1st on our Facebook page.
The rules are as follows:
All merchants are asked to be a part of our annual Scarecrow Days. Each will craft their own Scarecrow to display outside their shop or restaurant. Scarecrows will be judged by our judges who are to be announced.
All winners will receive a one year OCCA membership free!
Winners will come in three sizes,
1st Prize: $200 Cash Prize;
2nd Prize; $150 Cash Prize;
3rd Prize: $50 Cash prize.
All of the fun begins October 1st and ends October 31st.
